Come In and Stand Out

Latrice is a shopping haven offering unique style for today's woman.  Professional stylists to assist you.  An edited collection of American and European designers. Clean classic lines with a hint of attitude.  Attention to detail from head to toe.

Bright and Bold

The Spring/Summer Season is upon us and it comes bursting with color. Bright and saturated hues in rich yellow tones of cumin, pops of corals, and notes of terra-cotta will be seen sprinkled throughout the collections. Complimenting these intense tones is the artful use of layered transparencies. Sheer, skin-revealing fabrics are being used in the most sophisticated of cuts. Chiffons, tulles, and organza are being pulled from formal wear and into your casual closet. These classic evening fabrics take on a new-age feel in simple bodies like tanks and t-shirts to layer with ease. Designers are also playing with retro inspired prints this season. Florals are, of course, no surprise for Spring but this season the botanical prints are taking an artist’s perspective having a more painterly influence. Geometrics and stripes will be prominent evoking a vintage vibe.

Classic with a Twist

Accompanying such bold details and colors, designers are keeping a balance with classic silhouettes, but with a twist. Perfectly tailored trousers sit at ankle length while ample cut shirts sit at shorter lengths to help define a sharp waistline. The look is all about leisure and a balance of utilitarian pieces while maintaining classic femininity. The resurgence of ultra-fem is clearly continuing since last season but pushed even further. Try a belt, or even two as seen by Dorothee Schumacher, to exaggerate a cinched middle. Such clean and sharp silhouettes are able to carry more playful details this season with knots, ties, slits, and bold patch pockets
